Eligibility & Requirements

In order to join our sorority, you must be a member of the University of Pittsburgh Varsity Marching Band, the basketball pep bands, or the University of Pittsburgh Concert Band. If you are an academic freshman, you are eligible to join beginning the second semester of your first year. If you are an academic sophomore or older, you can join during your first semester in a band program. Spring 2020 recruitment has already finished, but we will have more events in the fall!

Membership Candidate (MC) Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• attending weekly MC meetings

• passing all lesson exams

• attending at least half of weekly chapter meetings

• attending all required Rituals and Ceremonies

• planning 1 sisterhood social event as a membership class

• completing 1 service project as a membership class

• planning 1 fundraiser as a membership class
